When Care Exists but Remains Out of Reach
Health facilities serving vulnerable communities often operate without the staff, equipment or supplies their patients need. Complex cases go unreferred, maternity and neonatal services run beyond capacity, and the cost of care alone keeps many households from seeking it. For children and adolescents living with HIV, cancer or other chronic conditions, the gap is wider still: treatment may exist, but the support that makes it bearable rarely follows.

Acting at Every Stage: Access, Care and Recovery
Health Facility Support
We provide human resources, medical equipment and rehabilitation support to health facilities working with limited means in underserved areas.
Maternal and Neonatal Care
We support maternity and neonatal services in health facilities so that mothers and newborns receive free, high-quality care.
Referral Case Management
We manage referrals and counter-referrals for complex cases, ensuring patients reach the level of care their condition requires.
Palliative Care Services
We deliver palliative care to children and adolescents living with HIV, cancer and other non-communicable diseases.
Psychosocial Support Services
We provide psychosocial care to patients, survivors and the healthcare staff who accompany them through treatment every day.
